Mobilise, Manage and Monitor.

StARS-MS is an attendance and rostering system designed specifically to address the needs of the UK Public Sectors and Services.

StARS-MS is used to mobilise, manage and monitor resources. It offers fire and rescue, police and hospital departments, amongst others, the potential to save money, improve work-force planning and ensure that the service is operationally and financially resilient.

It is part of a platform of integrated systems that support the back-office operations; including incident management, station diary control, training and personnel development.

Moore Stephens Consulting (MSC) has a long and successful track record of working with Public Sector organisations providing solutions to improve efficiency, resilience and quality of service, often in a climate of having to achieve improved levels of service at less cost.

MSC, in conjunction with one of the world’s largest fire services, The London Fire Brigade, has developed StARS-MS.

StARS-MS is an integrated personnel management system for fire and rescue services. The system manages staff data and appliance availability, rostering, support for retained duty system and volunteer personnel and sickness management. It provides key management information for strategic planning and decision making.
